- Identification: include your name, member ID & image title

FAQ
- There is no limit to the number of images you can enter.
- There are no restrictions on the date of photograph.
- Published and unpublished work is accepted.
- Photographers can enter from any country worldwide.
- Entry fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full.
- Credit card payments are processed in USD
- Checks, money orders & bank transfers accepted in USD/GBP/EUR.
- Photographs must be color - no black and white images accepted.
- Images must have no border, embedded marks or logos.
- Prints and digital files will not be returned (unless requested at entry).
- Winning images requested at high resolution after the Presentation.
DEADLINES
Producing the Photography Masters Cup is an annual project which receives thousands of images throughout the year from entrants worldwide. To facilitate management of the images and to ensure timely and accurate judging of the Awards, we have implemented three deadlines during the entry period which offer special discounted entry fees:
Early Entry Deadline - May 31st, 2009
- End "2 for 1" Pack Entry Special
Early Closing Deadline - July 31st, 2009
- End Add-On Pack, Value Pack and Studio Pack Entry Specials
Closing Deadline - EXTENDED to September 25th, 2009
- Last day to enter the 4th Annual Photography Masters Cup
USE OF PHOTOGRAPH
Copyright and ownership of photograph remains with the photographer at all times.
All entrants agree to grant Photography Masters Cup, International Color Awards and its owner World Photographic Arts Corporation ("Awards") permission to use submitted work in any of their promotion of the Awards in electronic media, printed materials, or advertising. The use is granted for a period of two years from the Nominations & Winners Presentation, without further permission or remuneration. All published images will be credited with the photographer's name. Entrants also agree to allow their images to be reproduced in third-party newspapers and magazines (printed and electronic) for the purpose of promoting the work, photographer, and the Awards.
